Varied tent collection for the price-conscious touring caravanner

For the 2011 season, Ventura has a wide range of tents for the price-conscious caravanner on the move. With a focus on quality and durability as well as the importance of having optimal living space on your camping trip, Ventura is your faithful companion all the way.

The Ventura collection features durable caravan awnings and porch awnings, including “Pacific 300” – a 3-metre deep awning in coated material. In spite of its depth, the awning is suitable for both permanently pitched and touring caravans. It is quick and easy to put up, with a minimum of poles, and the light fibreglass frame reduces the weight when touring. An extension is also available for Pacific 300 for storage or an extra bedroom, etc.

“Freestander” is a freestanding awning for motorhomes/camper vans. It is attached to the van using a smart locking system, and when you drive away from it, the entire back of the tent can be closed. The model features a mosquito net window in the side, and sides which can be rolled down or removed, allowing attachment of the extension (extra equipment). Freestander is made of coated polyester, a maintenance-friendly material. Both the quality of the material and the light fibreglass frame are highly beneficial when you are travelling around.

Naturally, the Ventura range also comes with a selection of accessories, including a three-winged windbreak in coated polyester, extensions, carpets and, last but not least, a freestanding storage tent – “Space”. Space has a 220 x 150 cm base and is equipped with a mosquito net window for increased ventilation. It can be closed using an external zipped flap in embossed foil.

The latest addition is the Ventura Basic range, which consists of three lightweight awnings with a simple pole construction and made of light polyester – ideal for use when travelling. The porch awnings come with their own carrying case, including pegs, guy ropes and underlay. “We could see that there was a need for an alternative for the travel-hungry caravanner who wants to take off for a short weekend break – so that is an option we now offer – and at a good price too,” explains Sales Director Morten T. Kjeldsen. And so the Basic range became a reality.

Ventura – a straight forward awning

The Ventura range from Isabella, the Danish awnings manufacturer, is the ideal solution for caravanners who only require a straight forward awning but still want good Danish quality and design.

The Ventura products, which are marketed in northern Europe, have been individually adapted to the needs of caravanners in different countries. This means that it is possible to find Ventura models abroad that are not on sale in Denmark.

The Ventura range is manufactured at Isabella’s factory in Poland in accordance with the same stringent quality requirements as in Denmark. The materials, however, are lighter, there are fewer details and the design is simpler than that of Isabella’s other well-known products. This means the entire range can be sold at prices that are lower than those of the more luxurious awnings.

The awnings in the Ventura range are available in three and 2.5 metres depth. A total of 10 different models, including awnings, part/porch awanings & sun canopies, are available. The Ventura range also includes a universal awning as well as a winter awning.

Unlike Isabella’s standard models, the Ventura range includes a freestander awning which is available in two heights. This is for use with Motor homes. It may be detached without being taken down if the vehicle is needed.

The Ventura range also includes a freestanding storage tent, known as Space, which may be used for a wide variety of purposes. The tent features a mosquito net window, which ensures adequate ventilation.

The range also comprises a variety of optional accessories including a sun canopy, an annex and awning carpets.
